“It's been described as spectacular, and honestly, it’s one of the few times the word has been used correctly. It's an excellent hotel and beautifully designed. The service from the level concierge agents Ginevra and Yenifer (I hope I got their names right) was outstanding. They went above and beyond, leaving me with a calm and luxurious experience.”
