“Cet hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de Paris, à 5 minutes de la cathédrale de Paris, et quelques minutes de St German des près, du Marais, du Louvres... L'hôtel, un ancien hôtel particulier, se trouve dans une petite rue extrêmement calme et est très confortable. L'accueil est particulièrement chaleureux tout en restant professionnel (merci à Antonio !). Le petit déjeuner était bien garni et de bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons certainement ici. Merci!”

“This hotel is conveniently located and is in the heart of an area with many shops, restaurants, and activities. Almost all of the attractions are walkable within about 30 minutes. Due to its prime location, there is a fair amount of vehicle and pedestrian traffic in the area. But because the hotel is on a small street with little to no car traffic, it is extremely quiet. We were well rested from the peaceful sleep and the comfortable bed. The hotel is well managed and the concierge, restaurant, and maid service staff were all excellent. They provided warm, friendly, and helpful service throughout our stay. The breakfast was well stocked with fresh juices, cheeses/cold cuts, pastries, fruits, and breads. Various types of coffee drinks, as well as non buffet breakfast items, were made to order. As long as you're not expecting large rooms or amenities such as a fitness center, this hotel is great. It has the charm and the coziness expected in a Paris based boutique hotel.”

“We spent 7 nights at Melia Colbert. And wow! From our arrival until our check out, everything was perfect! Location is awesome. Just a few steps away from the Notre Dame. We could even see the cathedral from our room. Our room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the bed very comfortable. But I think the best thing about the hotel is their staff. They were amazing. Always checking on us to be sure our trip was going fine. The housekeeper would knock on our door every day by the end of the day to make sure the room was in perfect order after cleaning our room in the morning. And all the little things they would leave for us such as notes, cookies, a sparkling wine ready for us when we checked in (and a bottle of apple juice for our daughter) really made our stay special!”

Llegué muy pronto al hotel, y deseaba poder descansar un poco, los chicos de recepción me dieron la facilidad de poder acudir de inmediato a una habitación para que yo pudiese descansar. Mencionar a Jacobo de recepción, todo un anfitrión y siempre con muy buena actitud. Desayuno increíble, la verdad que me sentí en casa esos 3 días en París. La ubicación perfecta, cerca de la estación de tren y de metro, se puede ir andando a varios puntos importantes de la ciudad. Cuando vuelva a París, ya sé donde alojarme. :)”

“Small and friendly Latin Quarter hotel on a quiet street 1 block from Notre Dame and a few blocks from Sainte-Chapelle and Luxembourg Gardens. Recently renovated. We first stayed at Colbert in 1992. We loved it then for its location and the quiet pedestrian streets surrounding it easily walkable by our kids in the evening for crepes made while you watched. Even in the midst of the Olympics, it was quiet and restful. Very good breakfast and service in the cozy restaurant. It’s the little things that make hotel stays special. We arrived back at Maison Colbert very late one evening after an Olympic event that ended in a violent thunderstorm, hungry and thirsty with no open restaurants to be found. The receptionist, Ivan, went into the kitchen and emerged with a delicious cheese and dried fruit plate, sandwich, and smoked salmon salad. Finished off with a bottle of sparkling wine. I think Ivan might be a magician, but all of the staff were delightful. We look forward to a future visit.”

“Where do I even begin? I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are looking to stay in Paris. Booked through Costco travel, I chose Mason Colbert for its location and could not have been more pleased. Within walking distance of the cathedral of Notre Dame and the Latin quarter, this hotel served as the perfect landing pad for all of our Paris adventures. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and modern with a comfortable room. The bed was soft as were the linens and the shower had wonderful water pressure. We thoroughly appreciated the complementary bottles of water in our room each day. All of the staff were very kind and engaging. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, and that all of our needs were met. They were more than willing to give us directions or recommendations. I could write an entire separate review speaking to the absolutely wonderful complementary breakfast we were served each morning. Not only did they offer a buffet style of various fruits, pastries, granola, meats, and cheeses, but they also offered a menu of made-to-order items such as eggs Benedict, avocado toast, pancakes, and omelettes. And the endless fresh lattes and cappuccinos were to die for. Hotel Mason Colbert is worth every penny and I would not recommend staying anywhere else if you find yourself in Paris.”
