On one occasion, my grandmother got lost within the resort, and José did everything he could to help us find her. He personally got involved in the search and was always attentive to our needs. His kindness, dedication, and personal qualities are exceptional. We also want to acknowledge Jovelys from room service. After we had a problem with a room service order, Jovelys intervened immediately. Even though the problem wasn't her responsibility, she sincerely apologized and made sure the situation was resolved in the best way possible. Since it was my mom's birthday, he and his team had the lovely gesture of surprising her with a whole cake, not just a slice. He also helped us get reservations at the Steakhouse and the Italian restaurant, and personally ensured we wouldn't have any further issues. His professionalism and attention were outstanding. We also want to thank one of the cleaning staff members, who was incredibly kind and helped us find my grandmother at the Steakhouse. It was heartwarming to see so many staff members willing to help at any time. Our best dining experience was at Volcán Steakhouse. Jason and his entire team were amazing. They joined in singing "Happy Birthday" to my mom and made the celebration truly special. The food arrived quickly, was delicious, and the service was impeccable. It was undoubtedly our best dinner during our entire stay. Last but not least, we want to give a shout-out to Angela Mercedes and Francisco Díaz de Parda, the breakfast and lunch buffet team. Although they were in charge of that area, they always treated us with humility, warmth, and personalized attention, making us feel like part of the family.
