“We really enjoyed our stay and found the hotel a great place to relax and switch off. The staff were brilliant throughout, always friendly, welcoming and happy to help whenever we needed anything. Our room aircon didn't really work but the team came out and fixed it within 20 minutes or so. The hotel itself was clean (except for a few ant trails and roaches) and the food was always good - the buffet changed every night so we didn't get bored. A couple of things worth knowing are that the mosquitoes were pretty bad during our stay, so definitely take plenty of repellent. Evening entertainment was also fairly limited, usually a couple of acts at different times, so cards or games are worth packing.”See more reviews

Su energía, simpatía y profesionalidad hicieron que cada día fuera increíble. “Came here 5yrs ago for our first holiday and came back this time and wasn’t disappointed at all. Huge thank you to Paulo at the Safira pool bar who was a massive help as my fiancee gets bad migraines which make her dizzy and go slur/forget words. Rather than judging - or assuming she’s had too many tequilas - he made sure she was okay, offered to help if needed and made her feel welcome when she came down to the pool. May not seem like much but when you suffer from. Migraines which cause embarrassment, this was such a nice touch it made the holiday. Will definitely be back and fully recommend”See more reviews

The best Italian specialities in a buffet restaurant which is perfect for dinner. Authentic traditional Italian dishes with open-air dining and ocean views.
