“Mooi en verzorgd hotel op wandelafstand van Old Nessebar. Aan de overkant ligt een klein strandje waar je gratis gebruik van kunt maken. Het hotel en zwembad zijn zeer proper, er zijn voldoende ligbedden en gratis zwembadhanddoeken die je onbeperkt kunt wisselen. Het eten is goed, met lekkere salades, gevarieerde vegetarische opties en een uitgebreid ontbijt waar je verse omeletten kunt laten bereiden. De warme gerechten waren soms wel lauw en wat te lang doorbakken. Het hotel is meestal rustig, al kan het door de open binnenstructuur soms wat gehorig zijn. Het personeel in het restaurant is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar de klantenservice aan de receptie kan beter. Een inbegrepen diner konden we door een volzet restaurant niet gebruiken en een compensatie kregen we pas na aandringen. Ondanks enkele verbeterpunten hebben wij hier een aangenaam verblijf gehad en genoten van onze vakantie.”See more reviews

“This hotel is clean and gives a fresh vibe. The staff were amazing and we couldn't have asked for more. The rooms were well looked after and a special shout out to Katerina who went above and beyond. The gym was ok for a hotel, it had everything for a steady workout. The pool area was lovely, we never struggled with the dreaded sunbed saga, always beds available. The pool itself was best described as freezing, seriously the coldest pool I've ever been in. Now for the bad points, the food was at best, very average. If you got warm food that was fully cooked, you were doing well. Most nights was pretty bad and we ended up eating out. And the lifts!!! Pick a floor and see where you end up, Nessebar's magical tour of the hotel, via the lift. I think if the food was improved, this would have got 5 stars from me.”See more reviews

Дуже сподобалось😌 Вперше в моєму житті реальність перевершила очікування Краєвид, що відкривається з басейну і скай бару...😍це окрема історія...краще будь якого магнію чи валеріани, він перехоплює подих...це моя любов🤗 Хочу подякувати всій команді, починаючи від власників, які це все створили і, звісно, велике спасибі всьому злагодженому персоналу, який робили мій відпочинок таким комфортним (щирий і завжди усміхнений Кріс😊, Марія, Денис, привітна і активна Інна з командою офіціантів, а також хлопці кухарі, що з посмішкою зустрічають і проводжають, дівчата, що прибирали - ви всі великі молодці, ваша робота не тільки проглядається, вона відчувається, ще раз дякую 😘) P S.
