Our first room 309 was so noisy overlooked the massive generator at the front of the hotel we asked to be moved which was done quickly. Room 250 much better. Food was good. Hotel is in the park so you can walk the trails from 8am. Waterfalls are amazing. Swimming pool lovely and warm. The boat trip to the waterfalls is a must it's not really about seeing the falls it's seeing how wet you can get it was fantastic and you do get soaked.

Es excelente, cuando llegamos nos recibieron muy bien, nos explicaron todo del hotel y habitación (que no lo hacen en otros hoteles) siempre amables. Una vista espectacular, piscina grande climatizada jacuzzi, todo! Un bar en la piscina música. Excelente. Además es seguro no hay inseguridad, podés ir caminando hasta el centro ya que está a la vuelta de avenida Brazil. Volveremos seguramente!

Beautiful location, rooms are dated. Red level is a debacle but gives best view. Not a five star, I would likely stay on Brazilian side. Service not great. Reservations canceled very very slow.
