At sports bar at the Melia Durres we enjoyed our experience from the special service from Brikena and Qamil who made our stay an unforgettable experience. Their hospitality was second to none and thoroughly deserves a pay rise as they went beyond the call of duty to make sure we had an unforgettable experience. We 100% recommend to visit the sports bar and we will be coming back very soon!

Its a bit far away from the airport but its a lovely beachfront location. The staff were extremely nice, polite and always ready to help. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I had an issue with my room and it was promptly resolved. Not many activities at the time of year I visited but lots more in the summer. Beach is beautiful and clean. I would definately come back here

The welcome was amazing. 5 star treatment from the airport to Melia Durres . Staff are warm and friendly. Very good food and customer etiquette is top notch. If you don’t want to go out there are planned activities onsite free of charge. Special mention to Xhoed, Aleks, Leido, Tonni our pilates instructor, Brikena, Miklovan, Fabiola to name but a few. Oh I almost forgot the Piano man Kelvin , he was amazing.I can’t remember all the names. All staff have been friendly and helpful. The place is spotless if I could give 10 starts I would. Definitely coming back here. Thank you 😍.
