“I had a very pleasant stay at SOL Arona Tenerife. The room was perfect, clean, and comfortable, and the view was great. The reception team was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The food corner was also good, with a nice variety of options. However, I think it could be improved to offer more suitable choices for Muslim guests, such as clearly identified halal options. One point that could be improved is the smell in the lobby area. Unfortunately, the smell was not always pleasant and could be noticeable when entering the hotel. Improving the ventilation or using a more pleasant fragrance would make the first impression even better. Overall, I enjoyed my journey and had a good experience at SOL Arona Tenerife. With a few improvements, especially regarding the lobby atmosphere and food options, the experience could be even better.”

“Enjoyed our stay here for 1 week. Myself , wife and grandson. Plenty space in room. Good size bathroom with good shower. Powerful enough. Food was good and good choice. Alcohol on the Ai was good woth San Miguel being the lager. Decent entertainment for kids and adult around the pool during the day. Ok entertainment on evening. Pool was a good and adequate size with also a kids pool with 2 small slides. I would say for definite the pool area needs more umbrella's. Even more so on the terrace part. Staff were really good and polite. Self serve shop in the hotel was quite expensive only used it once. Our only 2 gripes are. The lifts are really small for the amount of people staying. If you hit them at the wrong times especially going down then ya can be waiting ages as they're usually full. We were only on floor 7 so walked most the time. How busy the dining room was at Breakfast. (Not the hotels fault I understand that) It was like a cattle martial sometimes. So we ate out a couple of times for breakfast just to miss the chew on. That still hasn't stopped us booking for next year 2027 though as everything else was spot on.”
