“Das Hotel ist der ideale Ort, um zu entspannen und sich zu erholen. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und gediegen, ein klassisches Animationsprogramm gibt es nicht. Abends wird gelegentlich dezente Live-Musik angeboten, beispielsweise Klavier, Gitarre oder Streichinstrumente, was gut zum entspannten Ambiente passt. Die Anlage ist überschaubar und nicht zu groß, sowohl die Zimmer als auch der Außenbereich sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders der Poolbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Liegen sind äußerst komfortabel und auch der Handtuchservice ist sehr großzügig – im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Hotels gibt es hier keine Begrenzung bei den Handtüchern. Der Service ist größtenteils aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr angenehm. Leider haben wir an der Beachbar eher negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Servicekräfte wirkten dort häufig überfordert, wodurch der Service langsam und unkoordiniert war. Auch im Hauptrestaurant fiel auf, dass benutzte Teller und Geschirr teilweise nur recht langsam abgeräumt wurden. Bezüglich der Verpflegung wird im Hotel ausschließlich Halbpension angeboten. Das Buffetrestaurant bietet abends wechselnde Gerichte, darunter Schmorgerichte sowie frisch gegrillten Fisch und verschiedene Fleischsorten. Während uns der Fischbereich überzeugt hat, waren wir vom Fleischangebot eher enttäuscht. Hier wirkte die Zubereitung teilweise etwas lieblos. Insgesamt finden wir, dass das Buffetrestaurant den Fünf-Sterne-Anspruch nicht ganz erfüllt. Zwar gibt es Abwechslung, die Qualität der Speisen ist jedoch aus unserer Sicht nicht durchgehend auf Fünf-Sterne-Niveau. Alternativ kann man in den weiteren hotelinternen Restaurants essen, allerdings sollte man die zusätzlichen Kosten nicht unterschätzen. Es gibt ein Fleisch- und Fischrestaurant, ein Fine-Dining-Restaurant mit 2 Michelin Sterne, sowie kleinere gastronomische Angebote an der Beachbar, der Poolbar und im Innenhof, wo sich ebenfalls eine Bar befindet. Ein Absolutes Highlight ist auf jeden Fall die Rooftop Bar - vor allem zum Sonnenuntergang!!!! ACHTUNG - in den Á la Carte Restaurant wird, in der Regel ungefragt, ein Brotkorb auf den Tisch gestellt, wenn sie diesen verzehren, werde Ihnen zusätzlich € 7,- berechnet Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr geöffnet, sodass man jederzeit Unterstützung erhält. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Stilistisch wirken sie etwas altmodisch, sind aber dennoch völlig in Ordnung. Bei der Sauberkeit hätten wir uns allerdings etwas mehr erwartet. In diesem Punkt waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden. Alles in allem ist das Hotel aus unserer Sicht keine vollen fünf Sterne wert. Als gutes 4-Sterne-Superior-Hotel ist es jedoch absolut empfehlenswert. Besonders die perfekte Lage, der traumhafte Strand und die wunderschöne Poollandschaft machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.”

“We have just come back from a family holiday here. The ocean view ground floor suites are amazing for us with a baby. Super spacious and practical. We ate at the beach restaurant Dune and the grill and both were incredible. We usually like to leave hotels when we are on holiday to go for food because we feel it is never so good but it really is here. In addition, from the moment we stepped inside the hotel the service was unmatched. From the doormen, receptionists, cleaners, waiters, all top class service. We will be back every year”

The buffet is quite limited, especially for guests with food intolerances or dietary restrictions. Variety was lacking, and during our one-week stay, the same dessert was offered every single day, which was very disappointing. The restaurant staff wasn’t able to resolve this issue. The entertainment program was also underwhelming and did not meet the standards typically associated with a resort of this category. Another drawback is that the beach is not visible from the main plaza, which reduces the overall appeal of the hotel’s central area. Breakfast or dinner in the main restaurant with a sea view is not possible. The Alevante Bar has an impressive view. But the staff is not that friendly specially when it is crowded. Such a pity. Overall, while the hotel is attractive and comfortable, the food selection and entertainment could be significantly improved to better match its five-star rating.”
