Bar Manager Richard DePascale creates a playful and inventive cocktail list that rotates seasonally. The duplex space features a large bar and dining room that flows onto a year-round patio. A sprawling staircase opens up to 30ft ceilings and a living moss wall in an expansive lower level dining room, perfect for events, private dining, and social gatherings.
Located within INNSIDE by Meliá, The Wilson is named after the hotel’s bulldog mascot and celebrates canine companionship with a Dog Menu available exclusively in the venue’s outdoor areas. The Wilson is open seven days a week serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktails for both intimate gatherings and large group dining.
