“Nuestra estancia en el Ngorongoro Lodge Meliá Collection fue simplemente espectacular. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa, con un trato cercano, personalizado e impecable por parte de absolutamente todo el equipo. La comida merece un diez absoluto: variedad, calidad y una atención increíble a todas las preferencias y necesidades. Quiero agradecer especialmente al chef Marcos y a todo su equipo por conseguir que ser vegetariana no haya sido ningún handicap durante mi estancia, al contrario, he disfrutado muchísimo de cada comida. Las vistas son inmejorables y las instalaciones están cuidadísimas; tanto la piscina como el gym hicieron que la experiencia fuese todavía más completa y especial. “I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and I can honestly say that Meliá Ngorongoro was the best hotel experience of my life. From the moment we arrived, everything felt magical. Every single staff member made us feel incredibly special, from the Maasai team to the reception staff, waiters, bartenders, bellmen, and room stewards. The level of hospitality and attention we received was truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views overlooking the Ngorongoro Crater. Our room was stunning, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The heated pool with its incredible view created the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The food was extraordinary. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all à la carte and of exceptional quality. The drinks and cocktails were also excellent. Every detail throughout our stay reflected luxury, quality, and genuine care for the guests. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the service. Emma and Fernando were incredibly attentive throughout our stay and made us feel truly valued. It is clear this hotel genuinely cares about its guests, and that dedication is reflected in every employee. The hotel went above and beyond for us, including organizing a beautiful private dinner that made our stay even more special. I have never felt so well treated at any hotel before. The service here is simply unmatched. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. A truly world-class experience.”

“The views here are something you honestly never get tired of. Waking up every morning surrounded by nature felt unreal. The whole place blends so naturally with its surroundings that it gives you this feeling of peace and lets you completely switch off from everything else The rooms were beautiful, bright, and very comfortable, with a lot of attention to small details. One thing I’d definitely say — don’t miss the sunrise here. Seriously, wake up for it. Every morning felt different and watching the sky slowly change colors was one of my favorite parts of staying here One thing that also made the experience feel really special was seeing Maasai people visiting the lodge. “Unbelievable place! Imagine waking up every morning with a view of the Ngorongoro crater! Our room was impeccable; very clean and cozy. The complimentary treats were very much appreciated, especially after a long day out on safari. The restaurant was great, very tasty dishes with so much selection.
