The experience begins in the Penedès region at Parés Baltà, where guests explore the vineyards by 4x4 before heading into the winery for a guided tasting of six wines. Rooted in the land, time, and the craft that goes into each wine, the tasting is paired with a meal that reflects the character of the region. From here, the journey continues to the coast and Hotel MiM Sitges, where the focus shifts to wellbeing.
