“Ubicación inmejorable. Cala Galdana es realmente una playa paradisíaca, y poder disfrutar de un entorno así hace que la experiencia sea todavía más especial. Quiero destacar especialmente al personal del hotel, que ha sido de 10: atentos, amables, serviciales y siempre accesibles. En especial, Sito, Jenny y Rubén, que nos han hecho sentir muy bien atendidos durante nuestra estancia. También quiero hacer una mención especial a las chicas de la Kids Zone, Eva y Cristina. El trato que tienen con los niños es increíble y organizan muchísimas actividades. Los niños no quieren salir de allí, y eso dice mucho de lo bien que hacen su trabajo. Sin duda, uno de los motivos por los que seguramente volveremos es precisamente por la experiencia en la Kids Zone y por la amabilidad de todo el equipo. Como punto negativo, destacaría el sillón convertible en cama supletoria de la habitación. Nos ha parecido realmente incómodo y, en nuestra opinión, es una opción adecuada únicamente para un niño de poco peso. Para un adulto resulta muy difícil descansar bien y creemos que, especialmente tratándose de un hotel de 5 estrellas, sería un aspecto que deberían mejorar. En general, hemos tenido una experiencia muy positiva y nos vamos con ganas de volver.”

“Gran hotel en un entorno impresionante, encima de la Cala galdana que es increíble. Equipo de trabajo muy top, gran trato y muy atentos en todo. Las habitaciones podrían mejorar, pero están bien. La gastronomía del hotel me ha parecido bastante buena ( lo que entra en media pensión, desayuno y cena) Te dan una gran bienvenida, ofreciéndote agua a la llegada y 2 invitaciones a cava o lo que quieras en el bar.”See more reviews

“Grosses Hotel an Top-Lage (wunderbarer Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür) und hervorragendem Service. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Aktivprogramm abwechslungsreich und die Zimmer stets tadellos sauber. Trotz abgenutzter Zimmer, insbesondere des Bodens (breite Fugen), haben wir dank der sehr guten Betten hervorragend geschlafen. Die Lage ist ideal und im Ort gibt es viele gute Restaurants, unser Highlight war die Tapasbar Alaska. Das Frühstück bietet eine riesige Auswahl, war für uns aber oft zu laut und hektisch. Zudem waren die Stühle unbequem (zu tief) und das Geschirr leider nicht immer sauber. Der Poolbereich ist schön, allerdings gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer. Der Infinity-Pool und weitere Annehmlichkeiten sind den Level-Gästen vorbehalten. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, aus unserer Sicht jedoch eher ein 4-Sterne-Haus als ein klassisches 5-Sterne-Resort.”See more reviews
