The night opens below ground, as NotaBlu's head sommelier leads a private visit through one of Marbella's most coveted cellars, lined wall-to-wall with standout vintages and liquid icons. After select tastings, guests move upstairs to a table curated by chef Fabián Cangas. Mediterranean produce meets French brasserie flair in a menu that is bold, clean, and built to impress. Wines hit the right note and the atmosphere subtly shifts into an after-dark vibe that feels unmistakably Marbella.
