“I had such a wonderful stay at Meliá Cala d’Or Boutique Hotel, and a huge part of what made it so special was the incredible staff. Vera, Stephanie, Sergio, Mariano, and Ainhoa were absolutely exceptional — warm, attentive, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They made us feel so welcome and took such care with every detail. Vera booked us a great dinner reservation - it was our favorite meal in Mallorca. Mariano and Ainhoa were also so kind and fun, and made us feel so welcome. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our experience in Cala d’Or even more memorable. “We had such an incredible experience at Melia Cala D’Or and a huge part of what made our stay so special was the exceptional service from Vera, Mariano and Ainhoa They were all absolutely wonderful, attentive without ever being intrusive, incredibly warm and personable, and genuinely made us feel so well taken care of. They went above and beyond throughout our meals and made every interaction feel thoughtful and personal. You could tell they truly cared about creating a memorable experience for guests. We travel quite a bit and have stayed at many beautiful hotels, but it’s the people who make a stay truly unforgettable, and Vera, Mariano and Ainhoa are a perfect example of that. They are a tremendous asset to the hotel and deserve to be recognized for the outstanding job they do. Please make sure their managers know how much we appreciated them! “Mayorka tatilimizin 4 gününü Cala D’or’a ayırdık. Öncesinde dinlenme ve deniz, sonrasında ise şehir merkezinde gezme olarak planladık. İnanılmaz doğru bu tercihi iyi ki bu otelde yapmışız. Otelin konumu çok güzel. Hem plaja hem de cala d’or merkeze yürüyerek rahatça ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bence otele yakın olan plaj, civar plajların en iyisi. Otelin bahçesine girer girmez tüm sesten ve telaşeden uzak kuş sesleri bizi karşılıyor. Tam bir aile oteli. Kaos yok, herkes güleryüzlü. Odalar tertemiz, balkon geniş. Bir deniz tatilinden başka ne istenir ki. Ama en önemlisi bahçe peyzajına bayıldık 🤍”See more reviews
