This exclusive workshop provided by The Cooking Clubhouse, divided into two phases, begins with an inspiring theoretical and practical session, where participants prepare iconic tapas from various regions of the peninsula. Among the delicacies they will learn to prepare are txistorra with cider, garlic prawns and stuffed piquillo peppers.
After an hour and a half of dedication, attendees gather around a table to enjoy not only their own creations, but also a special menu carefully prepared by our chefs. All this accompanied by an exceptional wine pairing, with a selection that includes two white wines, two reds and a sparkling wine, designed to complement every bite.
This workshop is not just a cooking class, it is an invitation to celebrate gastronomy, fine wine and, above all, the art of enjoying together. For those who prefer a more active experience, they can choose, instead, an exclusive tapas tour of the Las Letras neighbourhood, designed by local chefs who share their experience and knowledge of the best restaurants and bars in the area. This tour culminates with a private dinner in a winery with more than 120 years of history, where participants can choose between a main course of meat or fish, followed by a seasonal dessert, all accompanied by wine.
