“Gestern haben wir eingecheckt, unser appartement landestypisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber, dazu nettes Personal. Leider beginnt aber abends, nach der Kinderbelustigung, von 21:15 bis ca. 23:00 das Life-Programm mit Gesang (täglich) was es den Gästen, welche Ihre Zimmer zum Pool hinaus haben, unmöglich macht, in Ruhe auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Als wir nun aber heute gegen 19:00 an der Rezeption vorstellig wurden mit der Frage nach der Umquartierung in ein ruhiger gelegenes Appartement, erlebten wir, was ware Dienstleistung und guter Service ausmachen! Der Rezeptionist hörte aufmerksam zu, zeigte ganz deutlich Verständnis und versprach, das Möglichste zu tun, wir sollten später nochmal nachfragen. Gegen 21:00 kamen wir vom Essen zurück und tatsächlich, der Umzug war kein Problem! Ein Mitarbeiter des Hauses ging direkt mit uns zur Besichtigung eines adäquaten Appartements der selben Kategorie, welches wir direkt - mit tatkräftiger Hilfe des Mitarbeiters - beziehen konnten und auf dessen Balkon wir nun völlig zufrieden sitzen (nur Meeresrauschen zu hören!). Und um das Ganze noch zu toppen: Für all diese Mühen wurden uns keine Kosten berechnet! Unser herzlicher Dank gilt einem tollen Team! Frank Wellen & Iris de Spirt”See more reviews

“Ik zat in het appartement gedeelte met uitzicht op zee en boulevard. Prachtig. Maar toch even wat aandachtspunten: -Sommige kamers hebben geen airco. Met een slaapkamer in het midden, warme avonden en in het weekend harde muziek tot ver na middernacht wil je de deur dicht en de airco aan om goed te kunnen slapen. Let even op het aircotekentje bij het boeken. - het hotel en de appartementen zijn totaal ongeschikt voor mensen die niet kunnen traplopen omdat de enige uitgang naar het strand een 3 verdiepingen hoge trap is omdat de andere opgang door het instorten van de kade weg is ( zie foto’s). Het ziet er niet naar uit dat dit snel gemaakt is. - de mensen in het appartement mogen niet zwemmen in het hotel zwembad. Andersom mag kennelijk wel. Gevolg: overloop van een vol hotelzwembad. Handdoekjes leggen. Geen vrije bedjes. Zeer goed alternatief is het strand waar je voor 12,50 euro 2 bedjes met parasol huurt en er altijd plek is ( vergeet de waterschoenen niet). -parkeren kan gratis op een braakliggend terrein naast het dorp. Je wandelt zo via de boulevard het terrein op. Ik zou daar niet 10 euro per dag aan parkeergeld voor betalen.”See more reviews

“Somos de la Gomera ,!!! fuimos de vacaciones acabamos de llegar y nos encanto ta experiencia,nos fue grato la estancia es un lugar tranquilo, buenas vistas las instalaciones buenas cómodas , piscina estupenda, servicio de limpieza bien muy agradables las chicas ,y por supuesto felicitar ese buffet no faltó de nada comidas para todos los gustos abundante y mucha variedad del diez nos encanto y q decir del equipo de profesionales que trabajan ahí grato estupendo sobre todo dar las gracias a Susa felicitarla porque es una persona muy simpática atenta un encanto ,nos gustaría volver algún día”See more reviews
