“Un hotel muy bonito los apartamentos son amplios las habitaciones cómodas las camas enormes muy limpio las chicas del srrv8cio un amor todos fn general muy buenas personas amables simpáticos cordiales corteses en el comedor todo riquisimo muy amables y cordiales ...la piscina muy bien pero muchos niños... si te gusta la tranquilidad es un poco complicado el aparcamiento muy escaso y te cobra X día aparte la entrada la calle es estrecha y de doble sentido”See more reviews

“Nuevamente Meliá no falla, nos hemos alojado en sus apartamentos durante una semana y ha sido magnífico. Los apartamentos cómodos y muy bien conservados, con aire acondicionado. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a solucionar problemas. Destacar la calidad humana de todo el personal, el equipo de animación con Paula, Victor, Lorena… camareros, recepción… Los alrededores del hotel son espectaculares, sin duda volvería.”See more reviews

“Era la primera vez que visitaba La Palma, y la experiencia en el Meliá y Puerto Naos fue magnífica. La atención desde el primer momento fue magnífica... Viajé con mis hijos, uno de ellos tiene Veinte meses y pedí la posibilidad de aparcamiento, y la resolución fue instantánea, (ya que mi reserva la hice a través de Booking y especifica que el hotel tiene aparcamiento, pero que no sé puede reservar y tiene un coste de once euros al día). Las instalaciones son magníficas,las vistas son maravillosas y la limpieza es visible en todos los lugares, ( en el todo momento de mi estancia vi personal limpiando y barriendo zonas comunes). Mi suite era espaciosa y cómoda, la limpieza era visible en cualquier rincón... Algo que me encantó fue la nota informativa de que estamos en un espacio natural y que por el clima y calidez de las habitaciones, pueden entrar "animalitos" etc... Algo completamente normal, ya que está ubicado en un entorno natural rodeado de plataneras. De hecho me encantaba ver a los largartitos típicos de las islas correteando por las paredes... El buffet maravilloso, las vistas desde el restaurante son una delicia para la vista y la atención del personal es impecable... Recomendable cien por cien. Volveré a La Palma y Puerto Naos y el Meliá serán nuevamente mi elección.”See more reviews

“Con suite tienes aire acondicionado en el apartamento, si no, ventilador en el techo de la habitación..la sala no. Aun sin saber este dato, nos ofrecieron un apartamento con vistas muy comodo. Servicio de atención al cliente muy bien, fue rápido el check-in y nos informaron de opciones. Repetiremos nuevamente con Meliá!”See more reviews
