This is a guided gastronomic route through the parts of Ibiza most visitors never reach. Guests sample traditional dishes and local produce, step inside family-run businesses and markets rarely seen by outsiders, and talk with the people behind them. Every stop comes with its own story, whether a decades-old family recipe or a stall that has barely changed in thirty years. More than a food tour, it is a way of understanding the island through its kitchens and the hands that keep its traditions alive, tasting Ibiza exactly as the Ibicencos do.
