“Bien en general. Buffet algo saturado, pero lo esperaba peor. Se puede comer bien a codazos con los guiris y tienes q andar viendo mesas libres pero encuentras de todo al final. Bebida incluida(cerveza, sangría etc). La habitación bien, cama dura eso si. Y lo único la parte de que la música esté hasta las 23 todos los días pues..no vas a poder dormir antes aunque quieras. Piscina un poco masificada. Cerca de la playa y habitación grande”

“Hemos estado en el hotel 8 días y la verdad que el hotel en cuanto a instalaciones y ubicación muy bien además el equipo de animación es increíble y alegraron nuestra visita. Sin embargo en recepción uno de los trabajadores (Iván) tuvo un trato muy maleducado hacia nosotros y hacia su compañera de trabajo a la cual desautorizó delante nuestra y que por culpa del comportamiento de Iván hacia nosotros y a su compañera ella tuvo que disculparse por el comportamiento de su compañero. Nos hizo sentir incómodos y como si le debiéramos algo a él además de que todo esto sucedió con gente alrededor ya que era la hora de llegadas.”

“We are leaving the hotel today after an unforgettable family holiday at Sol Fuerteventura Jandia, and it was hands-down one of the best trips we have ever had! I did worry when reading some of the reviews prior to our trip, but I am so glad it did not change my opinion on coming. The team was always willing to help, always listened, and were incredibly polite, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. A massive, heartfelt shoutout also goes to the entertainment team—they were absolutely fantastic! Their energy, warmth, and enthusiasm kept everyone smiling from morning until night. Our little girl had the absolute time of her life! She was completely obsessed with the mermaid school, which was a magical experience she is still talking about. She also had endless fun bouncing around on the bouncy castle and completely fell in love with the foam party. The family-friendly pool areas made it so easy for her to play safely while we relaxed. As a heads-up for future guests, there are no large floats allowed in the pool, but small rings and floating devices to aid swimming are perfectly acceptable. I completely understand this rule, as the pools are very busy with activities and there simply wouldn't be enough space for large inflatables. When it came to dining, booking the slots for food was not an issue at all. There was always space to sit down and always food available. The buffet food was okay, and there was always something to eat, though I did find my little one struggled some nights as she can be a little particular with what she eats. Fortunately, there are lots of eateries around the hotel too if you fancy something different. The spacious junior suites gave us plenty of room to stretch out as a family, and the short walk to the stunning beach and Morro Jable made days out a breeze. If you are looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about making kids happy while offering a relaxing vibe for parents, this is it. We will definitely be back!”

“Buena calidad/precio. Lo mejor: todo su personal es muy correcto y agradable, con muy buena atención, los monitores de actividades son lo mejor Nazaret, Carlos, Álvaro, Dani... Gracias porque los niños se lo han pasado pipa. El Hotel tiene buena ubicación.”
