Paradisus by Meliá Fuerteventura

“J'étais déjà venu il y a 4 ans, à l'époque sous l'ancien propriétaire. Depuis, l'établissement a changé de chaîne et les chambres ont été entièrement refaites. Le massage que j’ai pris était aussi de qualité. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable. Étant un client difficile côté alimentation, j'ai été bluffé par leurs efforts pour me proposer une alimentation variée tout au long du séjour tout en sachant que c’est un all inclusive. Petit bémol : j'y étais en haute saison scolaire, donc beaucoup d'enfants, ce qui reste normal pour un hôtel familial. Si vous cherchez la même qualité de service (voire plus) mais dans un cadre plus calme et sans enfants, le Zel se trouve juste à côté, dans la même chaîne Meliá, en version adults only. J'ai d'ailleurs terminé mon séjour là-bas et je ne regrette absolument pas ce changement.”

“We have loved our week long stay here! We came with our 5 year old daughter and she really enjoyed the kidsdom! Each day there are different activities, such as treasure hunts, arts and crafts, movie night, water carpet, etc, then every evening is a mini disco, followed by entertainment such as acrobatics, magic shows, etc. The staff are great with the kids, huge shout out to Effi, Alba and Luci who my daughter loved spending time with! Cocktails are great, huge variety of food, nice to go to the other restaurants too within the hotel, but you need to book these in advance. We also received cava and chocolates on arrival in our room as we were there to celebrate our honeymoon, which was a lovely touch! Rooms are nice and clean, beds are made daily and towels are replaced if needed. There is a minibar in the room too which is replenished daily, free of charge, includes snacks and drinks. There is also a coffee machine in the room which is also replenished every day. Beach is gorgeous and literally next to the hotel! Only thing to note is that there isn’t anything near the hotel, eg shops, etc. which was fine for us as we just wanted to relax and have family time at the hotel and beach. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend! Look forward to coming again in the future too!”

“Location is great if you habe a rental car. Beautiful surroundings. Hotel is 5 star and it mostly lives up to that challenge. Reasons for not giving 5 stars: - lobby bar for sunset drinks was always, every day, chronically understaffed at peak time. Need better planning here. - in general: enough personel but slightly inefficient, often waited long before they came and ask for drinks - buffet was ok, 70% same every day - they have multiple restaurants but needs online booking. As such ok. But: the app is an absolute desaster (slow, booking technically outside the app which caused login issues etc) and worst: some of the restaurants are popular. Advice from the reception desk: try booking at 0.00 hrs when the next day slots open. This is stupid. We are on holidays. Need to find a different logic. - building outside could use some paint. Rooms inside very good though. Pool, surroundings etc. all good. Just not proper 5 stars. But good value for money.”

“Hemos estado 9 noches y ha sido increible. Nos han encantado las instalaciones, el trato del personal, la ubicación. Nuestra habitación daba a la laguna de la Playa de Sotavento y no nos cansamos de esas vistas.”

“Ein sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Strandlage. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht. Mein Dank für seine unendliche Geduld geht an „Lucasz“ vom Guest Service. Meine herzlichster Dank geht an „Julio“ für seine Freundlichkeit und Einfühlsamkeit. Der Morgen war mit seinem Service zum Frühstück etwas ganz besonderes. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt mit der Familie. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, die Zimmer modern, das Gym mit guter Ausstattung, der Strand und die Lagune unschlagbar.”
