Holiday World Village

“Fuimos a la zona VIP, donde te reciben con fruta, vino y bebidas cada hora sin qué te levantes. Acceso a los bares y pedir lo qué quieras. Un acceso privado a una zona de jacuzzis y camas libanesas... Buffet donde no falta de nada para los más peques. En cuanto a las instalaciones en general, las piscinas no se ven mal, pero la zona de jacuzzis públicas es una pena con el mirador tan bonito. Los azulejos con un aspecto nada pulcro. Las piscinas están muy bien pero hay mucha gente/niños (los del hotel+los de fuera)y si quieres acceder a una sombrilla, si la tienes, es al sol más justiciero sin sombras.”

“GOOD 👍 • Village is a great way to describe the hotel. Nice and open with various shops, bars restaurants, arcade on the lower floor. • Views from pretty much most rooms are fantastic, looking over the water. BAD 👎 • While the Irish bar is large and fantastic, it could be moved to get the most out of it. It was pretty dead when we were there in August. We couldn't really fault our stay at Holiday Village. There is so much to do and although it's a large hotel with many people in it we never felt overcrowded and always manged to get a sun lounger. The evening entertainment was good and the staff were great - pretty much like most holiday hotels to be honest. Staff on reception were fantastic, as were the room maids. The staff in the restaurants were ok. Some of the bar staff were a little disinterested though (that's like most hotels though). We had a Junior Suite which was a decent size but thankfully had plenty of wardrobe space (yes, we're one of those families). As we didn't get into the hotel until nearly midnight, we really appreciated the staff putting some proper food in the fridge for us. We would definitely return to this hotel, there is so much to do and while the hotel is a little out of the main towns there is plenty of transport (bus, train and taxis) nearby.”

“Estancia fantástica gracias a una gestión impecable Nos alojamos en el hotel Holiday World Village y queremos dejar constancia del trato tan humano y profesional que recibimos. Tuvimos un inconveniente bastante desagradable en el comedor, pero afortunadamente el subdirector, Manuel Reina Morales, intervino de inmediato. No solo resolvió el problema con una rapidez y eficacia estupendas, sino que nos dio un trato exquisito y nos ayudó muchísimo en todo momento. Gracias a su excelente gestión y amabilidad, nuestra experiencia terminó siendo maravillosa y quedamos muy contentos y agradecidos. ¡Profesionales como Manuel marcan la diferencia!”
