“Nos alojamos 2 adultos sin niños en una Junior Suite con todo incluido y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. La habitación superó nuestras expectativas: muy amplia, completa, con una terraza enorme, muy bien insonorizada y climatizada. Además, nos encantó el detalle de que repusieran agua embotellada. El personal merece una mención especial. Desde recepción hasta camareros y demás trabajadores, todos fueron muy amables. Llegamos antes del check-in, pudimos dejar las maletas y disfrutar de las instalaciones desde ese momento. El hotel tiene unas instalaciones muy completas, con minigolf, recreativas, shows, spa y muchas actividades. Como puntos de mejora, el minigolf está algo descuidado, la piscina podría limpiarse más a menudo porque había bastante arena y algas, y sería muy útil disponer de fuentes para lavarse los pies al volver de la playa. El acceso a la playa es bastante malo, ya que no existe un acceso directo desde el hotel y hay que caminar bastante. Aunque el hotel ofrece tanto que apenas necesitas salir, se agradecería mucho un acceso más cómodo. El Beach Club está incluido con el todo incluido y nos gustó mucho. Tiene buffet de mediodía bastante completo y unas instalaciones muy buenas, con varias piscinas, toboganes y piscina de olas. Está muy enfocado a familias con niños, por lo que para nosotros, siendo dos adultos, resultó un extra que realmente no necesitábamos porque ya teníamos de todo en el hotel. Además, allí no está permitido fumar, a diferencia de algunas zonas del hotel. Respecto a la comida, hay muchísima variedad y buena calidad, además de cenas temáticas prácticamente todas las noches. Quiero hacer una mención MUY especial al trato recibido con la celiaquía. Soy celíaca y desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir muy tranquila. Gregorio, en la entrada del buffet, nos atendió de manera excepcional: nada más llegar se preocupó por mi situación y nos llevó a conocer a los dos responsables de cocina, tanto del turno de mañana como del de noche. Durante toda la estancia estuvo pendiente de mí y de que no me faltara de nada. También quiero destacar especialmente a Miguel Ángel y Pablo, los responsables de cocina. Se nota muchísimo que conocen la celiaquía y saben cómo trabajar con ella. Siempre que me veían se acercaban para explicarme qué platos del buffet podía comer y cuáles no, y además me ofrecían diferentes opciones sin gluten preparadas específicamente dentro de la cocina para evitar la contaminación cruzada. Para mí esto ha sido uno de los puntos más importantes de la estancia, porque desgraciadamente no siempre encuentras hoteles donde el personal conozca realmente la enfermedad o sepa cómo actuar ante ella. Aquí, en cambio, me sentí escuchada, atendida y, sobre todo, segura a la hora de comer. Tanto Gregorio como Miguel Ángel y Pablo se implicaron muchísimo y siempre intentaron buscar alternativas para mí. Como punto de mejora, ampliaría la variedad de comida sin gluten. Tienen pasta, nuggets, croquetas, pizza, etc., pero se agradecería que hubiera más platos similares a los del buffet general. Algunos días las opciones eran algo limitadas. Con el desayuno ocurre algo parecido, ya que la oferta se centra principalmente en magdalenas, churros, tortitas y tostadas. Aun así, los responsables de cocina siempre intentaron buscarme alternativas y tuvieron una disposición excelente. Por último, la animación es el aspecto más flojo. La mayoría de actividades, tanto de día como de noche, se realizan en inglés. Entendemos que haya turismo internacional, pero siendo un hotel en Benalmádena y no en Manchester, se agradecería que predominara el español o que al menos ambas lenguas recibieran el mismo trato. En resumen, una estancia muy recomendable, repetiríamos sin duda. Especialmente queremos agradecer a Gregorio, Miguel Ángel y Pablo, porque hicieron que una parte tan importante para una persona celíaca como es la alimentación fuese mucho más fácil y tranquila durante nuestras vacaciones.”See more reviews

“Gostamos muito de toda a experiência, ficamos 3 noites e correu muito bem. O acesso ao beach club é muito perto faz se a pé o que é muito bom com uma criança pequena. Como sugestões acho que deveria de haver mais variada de de fruta fresca e cortada no buffet da piscina porque apenas ter uma peça de fruta inteira (exemplo: pera) é muito difícil para um bebê comer; o outro aspeto é como temos copos que temos que guardar e reutilizar na próxima bebida devia que existir algum local perto do bar onde podemos despejar o resto da nossa bebida( as vezes já só é gelo derretido ou podemos não gostar) o que acontecia era as pessoas despejarem as bebidas nas plantas o que não é lá muito bom, ou mesmo na relva sintética. A comida do buffet era boa e sempre com bastante variedade, principalmente ao jantar, onde havia sempre um tema diferente. As animações no hotel são muito boas e divertidas, e ainda melhor o facto de puder ir aos outros hotéis do resort. O quarto era muito espaçoso e tinha todas as condições. É um hotel muito bom, tanto para ir em família como em casal.”See more reviews

“We came as a family of five and have loved every minute of our stay! Our five year-old’s highlights were the Beach Club and disco. We also really enjoyed the Italian restaurant.
