“Bonne expérience avec cet hôtel. L'animation est dynamique et bienveillante (Zakaria). Les chambres sont bien équipées, les services sont présents, le buffet avec du choix et de la qualité. L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre de Marrakech ce qui est parfait pour le calme, les chants des oiseaux c'est parfait. Quelques suggestions d'amélioration : la piscine doit être plus sécurisée manque de mosaïque au sol, hublot de lumière non fixé, dans notre chambre le meuble pour les valises était complètement gonflé et le bois commence à se désagrèger, paroi de douche plus étanche au sol l'eau fuit vers la salle de bain. Attention à ne pas faire de différence entres les clients cela ce voit.”See more reviews

“Vacances | Familles Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait, le personnel est toujours souriant , gentil , réactif . L'équipe d'animation est vraiment géniale , nous avons énormément passé de très bons moments au sein de l'hôtel avec tous les Amimateurs, la journee, le soir et leur spectacle incroyable, sans oublier l'ensemble du personnel bar, restaurant accueil, tous adorable, les repas sont variés et un vrai regal de goûter aux plats traditionnels, Merci beaucoup à vous toutes et tous pour votre acceuil , votre gentillesse et vos sourires , vous avez égayé nos vacances et sommes certains de revenir y faire un sejour”See more reviews
