“The location is outstanding and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I had to deduct a star however due to the slow dinner service. The restaurant in the village is more efficient than the restaurant nearest the hotel, which is very chaotic. We had children in our party and frequently waited for an hour for desserts. I am not sure the kitchen can cope so well at busy times. However, the waiting staff, Liz and Marco were lovely and kind. I was surprised to discover that the changing room for the swimming pool was nothing more than an old shed, which didn’t lock either. Getting changed wasn’t pleasant. A final point is that there does not appear to be a wine bar (just a wine shop) so was a bit disappointed by that given its location. A few simple changes would see a perfect score in future as given the location and history, one would expect a premium experience.”See more reviews

“In piena stagione con il caldo piacevolissima fuga ad Artimino. Il Borgo come sempre splendido, Villa La Ferdinanda onirica. Staff gentilissimo, sia alla reception, che ai Bar e ristorante. Cibo buono di standard alberghiero, senza particolare carattere ma location molto bella e il cameriere storico di cui non ricordo il nome simpaticissimo. Camera piacevole, pulita e fresca nel borgo. Si deve avere voglia di fare qualche passo, piacevolissimo. Nel complesso ottima esperienza con rapporto qualità prezzo.”See more reviews
