“I had the opportunity to stay again at the Grand Meliá Jakarta, the warm welcome back from the reception was friendly and efficient. The facilities at the gym and sauna helped me to reenergize after a tiring day and the staff at the RedLevel Lounge improved the experience with the friendly and courteous welcome from Miss Resta and Mr Doni striving to provide a very pleasant evening with the delicious snacks and relaxing drinks with a fantastic view of the city. Coming back was even a better experience.”
