He is now our new friend at Melia, he always found us wherever we were around the pool or at the beach and helped us with food and drink selection, always smiling and professional. Highly recommend this resort.

Wir waren Anfang März 2026 mit unserer Enkelin in diesem traumhaften Hotel. Die gesamte Anlage wurde nach einer Modernisierung im Februar 2026 neu eröffnet und lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich. Ganz besonders möchten wir uns für die herzliche und liebevolle Betreuung der Concierge Lounge Damen Sunarini, Febri und Mita vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag bedanken.

We recently stayed in The Reserve at Paradisus Meliá Bali in Nusa Dua and had such a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone we encountered was so warm, friendly and genuinely happy to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. A special thank you to Resti and Rini in the Reserve breakfast restaurant who greeted us every morning with the biggest smiles and made breakfast such a lovely way to start the day. Arta at the Reserve was also fantastic – every day around midday he would come by the pool to clean our sunglasses, always with the most infectious smile. He also bought around coconut water daily , great for hydrating you while relaxing by the pool.It was such a small touch but really showed the level of care and attention the team puts into looking after their guests. Adi was the first member of The Reserve team we really connected with and he immediately made us feel welcome. He was incredibly friendly, accommodating and always happy to help with anything we needed. Anta part of the Reserve team went above and beyond to cater to all our needs to make sure everything was perfect for our elopement. I can not speak highly enough of Resti , Rini, Arta, Adi And Anta. But honestly all the staff were amazing. We also had a romantic dinner on the beach as part of our elopement. Dewa Adi was our waiter and he made our night memorable. Like all the staff at The Reserve , he could not do enough for us. The service at The Reserve is truly what makes it stand out. The team go above and beyond to make sure you feel looked after and relaxed. We left feeling like we had made genuine connections with the people there. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We cant wait to return. See you next year!
