“Excelente resort com ótimas infraestruturas e staff fantástico, mas com espaço para melhorar no serviço VIP. A minha estadia no Meliá Dunas foi, no geral, uma experiência muito positiva, e já estou a planear voltar sozinho no próximo ano em Novembro! O resort é absolutamente enorme e muito bem estruturado, oferecendo imensas piscinas e uma grande variedade de opções de restauração. Os quartos são incrivelmente espaçosos e confortáveis. Em termos logísticos, o hotel está numa localização perfeita—muito perto da cidade de Santa Maria de carro, e com excelentes opções de transporte mesmo à porta do hotel, o que facilita imenso as deslocações. O destaque obrigatório vai por inteiro para o staff fantástico. Quero deixar um agradecimento especial ao Sr. José (Manager de Restauração) pelo seu profissionalismo irrepreensível, à Filomena (da limpeza de quartos) pelo seu trabalho dedicado, e à Priscila no Manhattan Bar pelo atendimento excelente e cordial. Foram fantásticos e tornaram a minha estadia muito acolhedora. O único ponto menos positivo esteve relacionado com o meu pacote premium "The Level". Senti algumas falhas de comunicação e pequenos problemas de manutenção no quarto que não corresponderam totalmente às expectativas de um serviço VIP de 5 estrelas. No entanto, apesar destes pequenos percalços, a experiência geral foi ótima, as instalações são excelentes e a qualidade humana de profissionais como o Sr. José, a Filomena e a Priscila destaca-se. “Chambre 144 du 23 au 30/10/2026 Climatisation ne fonctionne pas et personne ne nous écoute, ils en ont rien à faire, ils manque des serviettes, on réclame et rien ne se passe, le service en général est catastrophique, nous sommes très déçus. Nous avons payé une prestation hôtelière mais nous en avons pas eu le retour.
