“Overall the hotel is amazing, but the only problem is that at least my room, in the bathroom the shower didn't had a door, so even I tried to not make the floor wet, it does become wet after shower.”

“The hotel is amazing throughout…. I have been coming here for many years and the refurb really uplifts the hotel. However drinks prices have nearly doubled and quality isn’t premium beverages…. Food before refurb was outstanding to now just being average. Gym was completely out of use which both me and and my partner do like to use in the mornings. No effort to fix or email prior to visit to let us know that it would be out of use. Pool area is over crowded with beds making it hard to get on and off the beds. Pool area surfacing needs to be looked at as it is very poor in places. Staff are amazing and always lovely. More staff needed in the restaurant to help clear tables as the sheer volume of people was just too much!”
