Great hotel, everything was perfect. The facilities and rooms are modern and very clean. The staff was great. The food was good and plentiful. The big plus was that the beach was right next to the hotel. The hotel is suitable for both adults and families with children. We will definitely come again!

My wife and I had the pleasure of experiencing an outstanding stay at the Paradisus Hotel in the Gran Canarias for four days. The remarkable staff truly made our visit unforgettable with their exceptional hospitality. From the delicious meals at the restaurants to the attentive service at the bar, and the meticulous care from housekeeping, the outstanding efforts extended to us from every corner of the hotel were simply incomparable. The concierge services and priority reservations by the sommelier were perfectly orchestrated to enhance our enjoyment and comfort daily. What truly set our experience apart was the prompt and efficient service we consistently received. Room supplies and drink refills were effortlessly handled, making our time even more enjoyable and carefree. We were always met with cheerful smiles and warm greetings that made us feel genuinely welcome and appreciated. It was apparent that each staff member was sincerely invested in our satisfaction and well-being. I'd like to extend special gratitude to a few extraordinary individuals who went above and beyond to serve us: Monette, Alba, Victoria, Christina, Luis, Sandra, Melina, Ana, Elena, Sara, Claudia, Carmelo, the talented Saxophone player, Sushi Lady on Wednesdays, Irena, Stefanie, Mepi, Marina, Maria, Luci, Rachel, Melania, Ruth, Ana, Mayveline, Idaria, Tommy, Lucas, Aiylin, Patricia, Raúl, Diego, Alejandro, Victor, Javier, and Diego. Each of them left a lasting impression and contributed significantly to our phenomenal experience. Thank you all for your exceptional service and for making our stay truly memorable. Un hotel espectacular, tanto en personal como en los servicios que presta el hotel. Las comidas buenísimas en los distintos restaurantes y los empleados todos super amables.

El equipo en todos los restaurantes es espectacular, especialmente el de desayunos en The Reserve. Gracias, Sarah, por ayudarme con la reserva, eres maravillosa! Y, por supuesto, un agradecimiento especial a Nisamar y todo el equipo de recepción! Súper amable Mike!! Sois el alma del hotel y todos absolutamente geniales!!! Tener una líder así al mando es siempre una suerte sin duda!!! Tuve la suerte de conocer a Adriane, super cercana, y comentarle todo esto en persona. Nisamar, Sarah y Daniel fueron sumamente amables y profesionales, asegurándose de que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Las instalaciones son modernas y sofisticadas, y la gastronomía, deliciosa.
