“Wir haben uns im Marina Beach sehr wohl gefühlt. Freundliche Begrüßung und schnelles Check In. Ein freundlicher Herr hat uns dann noch zu unserem Zimmer (635) begleitet. Die Zimmer (im Nebengebäude) sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Uns hat es ein wenig an Ablage Möglichkeiten gefehlt z.B. eine Schublade. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Reinigungskraft hat täglich sehr gewissenhaft unser Zimmer geputzt. Bis zum allerletzten Öffnungstag (01.11.) vom Hotel war am Buffet alles reichlich vorhanden. Wir haben quasi mit dem Personal das Hotel eingewintert. Die ärztliche Versorgung mussten wir auch zweimal in Anspruch nehmen. Ansonsten bietet das Hotel alles für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Von fast ganztäglicher Animation bis hin zum Wellnessbereich. Ein kleiner aber schöner hoteleigener Sandstrand ist direkt beim Hotel. (nur über eine kleine Straße). Zur Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Der hier vielfach beschriebene Fluglärm hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was mir überhaupt nicht gefallen hat ist die Umgebung. Viele verlassene und heruntergekommene Gebäude. Es gibt schönere Gegenstände auf Kreta. Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.”See hotel

“The moment you come in this hotel it feels like joining a big friendly happy family. Everyone from the personel takes good care of their guests. Facilities are well maintained and lot of things to do for adults and children. The hotel is directly across the street from the Sea and this is even better. The view from top floors at night is just incredible. Fun fact - since I had been to brand Melia hotel (in Fuerteventura) and was looking for a statement glass of Prosecco in the morning - the hotel manager Parajodis offered to send me a bottle to my room - just to keep a demanding client happy - which I though was very professional and skillful :). Very happy now!”See hotel
