āThis is truly a place like no other on earth! Waking up and staying right on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, with such a breathtaking view, feels like pure magic. The landscape, the amazing lights and colors, and the raw beauty of nature are impossible to describe in words. The MeliĆ” is absolutely beautiful, but what makes it truly exceptional is the hospitality. The entire team is so warm, caring and genuinely welcoming ā they made every single moment of our stay special. We want to give a heartfelt thank you to Emma and Joan for the amazing welcome and for making our whole stay perfect in every detail. A special mention to Emma, who was incredibly caring from the very first moment ā so thoughtful, attentive and genuinely kind, always checking on us and making sure we felt completely at home. To Epimark for his incredible kindness and for taking such great care of us at every meal, to Baraka for the unforgettable experience of discovering the Maasai culture, and to Emanuel for being an outstanding driver ā so professional, attentive and reliable, making every drive safe and comfortable. āLlegamos a ZanzĆbar con ciertas dudas y algo de respeto, al tratarse de un destino tan diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados, pero nos marchamos con una sensaciĆ³n de satisfacciĆ³n absoluta y con ganas de volver. Queremos destacar especialmente el trato humano, la cercanĆa y la profesionalidad de todo el equipo del MeliĆ” ZanzĆbar. Desde los gerentes, siempre atentos, accesibles y preocupados por el bienestar de los huĆ©spedes, hasta cada uno de los trabajadores, que nos han hecho sentir bienvenidos y cuidados en todo momento. El servicio ha sido extraordinario, la limpieza impecable y la atenciĆ³n constante, siempre acompaƱada de una sonrisa y una amabilidad que hacen que la estancia sea todavĆa mĆ”s especial. Pero si hay algo que merece una menciĆ³n aparte es la gastronomĆa. Sinceramente, la comida ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. āWe had an amazing experience at Gran MeliĆ” Arusha! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views that make the atmosphere truly magical and special. The rooms are stunning, and the service was absolutely exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more memorable. A very special thank you to Cesar, for his exceptional caring and for making us feel truly valued and at home from the very first moment. To Timothy, the Hotel Manager, for ensuring that every detail of our stay was absolutely flawless. And to Ernesto, who took such wonderful care of us during every meal with his thoughtfulness, kindness and impeccable attention to detail. Enjoying an aperitivo at the rooftop bar is an absolute must! The views and atmosphere are simply unforgettable. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
