Lisbon combines historic neighbourhoods, grand avenues, viewpoints and contemporary areas along the Tagus River. Alfama is a reference point for the capital's historic fabric and preserves a network of traditional streets and spaces that invites you to explore the area on foot.
The Torre de Belém, located in the Belém neighbourhood, together with the Jerónimos Monastery, forms part of a site inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Belém is not in the same sector as Alfama or all our hotels, so it is advisable to use transport to integrate both places into your itinerary.

Humberto Delgado Airport, known as Lisbon airport, is the main air access to the Portuguese capital. Its location within the urban area allows you to continue to different areas of the city using the available transport options.
Lisbon can be visited all year round. Spring and autumn usually favour urban routes, while summer offers long days to combine different neighbourhoods and spaces along the Tagus. In winter you can focus your trip on heritage, gastronomy, museums and other cultural activities.

“Fantastic location, really nice breakfast menu. Beds are quite hard and there can be a little noise from the train on lower levels but super service. Well equipped gym. Given the location from the airport, ease of taking the metro, proximity to the water and the supermarket and shopping centre make this a great choice for families, business travellers and solo travellers.”See hotel

“I stayed at ME Lisbon by Meliá with my wife and our two kids (7 and 8), and it was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were very attentive and reached out early to make sure everything was ready when we arrived. Our room was waiting with wine and a snack for us, and my kids devoured the cookies, brownies and juice left for them. They even had activities for the kids, including their favorite card game, Uno. The facilities are top notch and feel brand new. We booked the indoor pool in advance for after breakfast, which worked out perfectly. We also ventured up to the rooftop, but the weather wasn't ideal, so now we have a reason to come back in the summer. We ate breakfast at Fismuler every morning and you will not be disappointed. Lots of options, and the quality is amazing. We also loved the bar. Our bartender made our drinks exactly how we wanted them, to the point that we sipped them slowly just to enjoy every bit. The concierge arranged one of the ME Destination experiences for us, and my kids and I loved the chocolate experience. We learned about the family-owned business behind the chocolates and, of course, enjoyed the tasting too. And I can't forget the room, which was immaculate. We loved the books, especially the street art book and the chic dogs book. The bed was a great size and so comfortable, and I enjoyed using the bath salts in the large tub. There was plenty of space for two adults and two kids. We will definitely be coming back!”See hotel

“We stayed for one night with my husband and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Good food and drinks, and a very nice breakfast.
