“We had a wonderful stay at Melia Chiang Mai hotel recently. Having booked two rooms one for us and 1 for our son and his partner. We especially loved “The Level” perks which were worth every cent. ( private breakfast area, afternoon tea, cocktails and canapés every night and all day snacks and non alcoholic drinks) The rooms are incredibly generous in size and beautifully decorated making for a very comfortable and luxurious stay. The highlight was the lovely staff especially the staff we came across daily while using the level areas. A big shout out to the bar staff who kindly supplied me a jug of milk every couple of nights for my cups of tea. It’s the small things that make the biggest impression!”See hotel

“This was our second time at The Melia and we had a fantastic experience again. The hotel is super well located with a great beach and restaurants close by, the level was a great place to relax and have a drink, the rooms have so much room for families. But what makes this place is the staff, they are super friendly, great with the kids and super helpful. A big shout out to K and Auto that made our stay unforgettable. We will be back!”See hotel
