“I came to this hotel quite by mistake thinking I would be able to have some quiet time and a coffee. I was so impressed with the service that I received it was just unbelievable. The staff treated me as if I was royalty and a top paying Customer After the introduced this impeccable service I looked into the company and have decided to book a holiday in Bali at their resort. I came back to inquire about that. They told me about their point system where you can top up with points called Melia points which in fact give you further discounts and benefits. A simple Coffee is turned into an £800 stay in a wonderful resort in Bali. Encourage you to come and experience service on another level. A very big thank you to Sebastian for tipping me off about the VIP point system they have And for taking so much time to explain to me how it all works. How can a simple coffee turn into a passion and a holiday? If you’re ever in the great Portland Street area and you’re coming for a holiday and you want something special I suggest this hotel is a place for you. In addition to that they have a lounge where you can work and probably other amazing places including a bar that I haven’t explored yet My first trip the lady who treated me well I don’t know her name I wish I could remember it and thank her”

“Great service, luxury and cozy rooms, very good location. I was very happy that the room temperature was suitable for the winter period because I am not used to feel warm in London. The only downside of my room was the noise from the street but it didn't bother me that much. The breakfast is great and gives many options to choose from.”

“Lo mejor del hotel el servivio del.desayuno.luz maria muy atenta a todos los detalles. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas y las camas tambien. Yo tenia una habit doble con upgrade por socia . La atencion del front desk parece q no hay mucha coordinacion entre ellos. Supongo que sera por la cantidad de huespedes. El servicio de room service no.pudimos.usarlo a pesar que lo intente llamando al numero de telefono y tMb lo.solicite x el front desk no tuve respuest.”

The food is so good at The Level restaurant : breakfast very complete, all the snack… yummy. Our Christmas trip was amazing. A special Thanks to Nikhita & Zubaïr for their level of customer service. I want to add that we almost lost a bag, full of money and Zubaïr found it for us. A safe place to stay in. Do not hesitate to go!!!!!! We will come back, thank youuuuuu.”
