“I stayed at ME Lisbon by Meliá with my wife and our two kids (7 and 8), and it was a wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were very attentive and reached out early to make sure everything was ready when we arrived. Our room was waiting with wine and a snack for us, and my kids devoured the cookies, brownies and juice left for them. They even had activities for the kids, including their favorite card game, Uno.
The facilities are top notch and feel brand new. We booked the indoor pool in advance for after breakfast, which worked out perfectly. We also ventured up to the rooftop, but the weather wasn't ideal, so now we have a reason to come back in the summer.
We ate breakfast at Fismuler every morning and you will not be disappointed. Lots of options, and the quality is amazing. We also loved the bar. Our bartender made our drinks exactly how we wanted them, to the point that we sipped them slowly just to enjoy every bit.
The concierge arranged one of the ME Destination experiences for us, and my kids and I loved the chocolate experience. We learned about the family-owned business behind the chocolates and, of course, enjoyed the tasting too.
And I can't forget the room, which was immaculate. We loved the books, especially the street art book and the chic dogs book. The bed was a great size and so comfortable, and I enjoyed using the bath salts in the large tub. There was plenty of space for two adults and two kids.
We will definitely be coming back!”

“Everything about this hotel was perfect. The room was outstanding, one of the best we have stayed it. The bed, the storage was all as you would hope. The bathroom was bar none the best. The staff was helpful and considerate. We have already talked about staying there again. 20 stars out of 10.”

“From the moment we arrived, our experience was nothing short of exceptional!
My friend, my daughter and I arrived with several suitcases and smaller bags, and as we were getting out, a member of staff approached us with the biggest smile and immediately offered to help with our belongings. It was such a lovely first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay.
The reception team was absolutely fantastic, and the room we stayed in was PERFECT! They had thoughtfully prepared a beautiful crib for our daughter, along with a baby bath and stand, her own little towel, a lovely gift kit and even a little bath toy 🐠, which she absolutely loved!
Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, a member of staff knocked on our door and told us they had heard a very special VIP was staying in the room. They had brought a sweet teddy bear for our daughter! It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that genuinely made us smile. She absolutely loves it!
And the lovely surprises didn’t stop there. Later that day, someone came by to offer us welcome drinks, and in the evening, another member of staff visited to refresh the towels, check the bathroom and replenish anything we needed.
Every single member of staff was EXCEPTIONAL. The attention to detail, thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality were evident in everything they did. Nothing felt forced or routine, every gesture felt personal, and that is what made our experience so memorable, everyone was super friendly and respectful.
My partner was running the marathon on Saturday alongside his friend, whose girlfriend was also staying at the hotel. On Sunday, my friend and I were running the half marathon. As we needed to leave very early, we arranged to have breakfast delivered to our rooms, and it arrived at exactly 6 am! Such incredible attention to timing and detail, especially when we had an important morning ahead of us.
The facilities were equally impressive. From the spa and sauna to the beautiful rooftop pool, everything was wonderful. The hotel itself is exceptionally well maintained, spotlessly clean and clearly managed with great care.
I genuinely cannot emphasise enough how much we loved our stay. I truly appreciate the effort, attention and consistency required to deliver this level of service. It’s the little details that make the biggest difference, and this team went above and beyond in every possible way.
A huge thank you to every single person who made our stay so personal, memorable and unique. And a very special thank you to the Guest Experience Team for all the beautiful surprises and thoughtful gestures towards our daughter. You made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Unser Aufenthalt im ME Hotel in Lissabon war einfach außergewöhnlich und wird uns definitiv noch lange in bester Erinnerung bleiben. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
Wir reisen seit vielen Jahren um die Welt und durch Europa und haben dabei schon zahlreiche wunderschöne Hotels kennenlernen dürfen. Als MeliáRewards Gold Mitglieder haben wir auch in dieser Hinsicht bereits viele Erfahrungen gesammelt und wissen den besonderen Service und die Wertschätzung gegenüber treuen Gästen sehr zu schätzen. Umso mehr hat uns begeistert, wie hervorragend wir im ME betreut wurden. Hier stimmt einfach das Gesamtpaket! Nur selten haben wir ein Hotel erlebt, bei dem wirklich alles rundum überzeugt und die fünf Sterne absolut verdient sind, sowohl das Hotel selbst als auch das gesamte Team. Das ME Lisbon gehört für uns ganz klar zu den besten Hotels, in denen wir seit Jahren übernachtet haben!
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den herausragenden Service, der unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende so besonders gemacht hat. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich, herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und merkt sofort, mit wie viel Engagement und Leidenschaft hier gearbeitet wird. Auch die Zimmerreinigung war ausgezeichnet und verdient ein großes Lob.
Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man sich für einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt wünscht. Auch das Frühstück war ein absolutes Highlight: super lecker, mit hochwertigen Speisen in einem tollen À-la-carte-Konzept. Die Qualität der Gerichte war wirklich hervorragend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert.
Man merkt in jedem Detail, dass hier großer Wert auf Qualität, Gastfreundschaft und das Wohlbefinden der Gäste gelegt wird. Genau diese Kombination macht den Unterschied zwischen einem guten Hotel und einem wirklich außergewöhnlichen Hotel aus.
Wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden und können nur sagen: Ein echtes Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute!
