Shërbimi nuk e justifikonte çmimin. Pamja edhe dhomat ishin të bukura, por kur ishim ne, pishinat që duhet të ishin të ngrohta ishin shumë të ftohta, paguam edhe nga 10euro më shumë për të hyrë te sauna gjoja ishte më e ngrohtë por ishte më e ftohte.

The spa is a beautiful place with very qualified personal (like physio therapists) and different areas to relax like different kind of saunas, steem bath and a hamam. The personell at the reception is very supportive and friendly and will do everything to find the right treatment for your individual purpose.

The rooms are great and spacious. The staff is friendly and polite. The area is well maintained. The cleanliness of the room depends from day to day. It's not bad but could be better. At the buffet (Merkado) you'll find a variety of food but the options for people with (dairy) allergies are very very poor. Same goes for vegetarians. Most of the staff is even not familiar with what "dairy" means and are often mistaken. Also we found there wasn't much (almost no) food available between the opening hours of the buffet. We had diner at the Cape Nao restaurant. It was hard to make a reservation and we were disappointed by the quality of the food. The staff was super friendly though. Concerning children, I would say this hotel is very family friendly. Just beware of the poisonous plants (Oleander) surrounding the kids pool and elsewhere. One big downside, the baby/toddler seats were always dirty and most of them were broken. There is a microwave at Merkado but it is only available during the opening hours and super dirty as well. The hotel has lots of facilities like a shop, pharmacy, currency exchange machine, gym, spa, changing tables for babies, bars, restaurants a spacious lounge,... Everything we needed during our stay. But it feels like the organisation and communication is a bit chaotic. For example: The food at the beach is only available during the weekend, The staff can't tell the difference between the mocktails, Sometimes you have to sign for your drinks and sometimes you don't, The booking system for the restaurants could be simpler,... I like that the hotel invests in sustainability. It also seems like they really want to improve theirselves by asking feedback. Btw there are street dogs at the beach. We have some mixed feelings about our stay.

Super location . Feels like 5 stars . The spaces the rooms everything perfect. Best breakfast in town .
