“Hemos disfrutado de una estancia muy especial en pareja en Paradisus Los Cabos. El entorno es sencillamente idílico y hace que la experiencia sea aún más memorable. Destacar, por encima de todo, la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal, especialmente de Israel, de Guest Experience, que ha sido nuestro conserje y ha estado pendiente en todo momento de nuestras necesidades, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más agradable. La gastronomía también merece una mención especial, sobre todo el restaurante Santé y Sal. Además, disfrutamos de la experiencia teppanyaki en el restaurante japonés, que fue muy divertida. ¡Jorge es un auténtico crack en la cocina! “Yesterday I got back home from my birthday trip to Mexico, so it’s time to share my thoughts on everything. It was my first time over there and I really loved the hotel, you can feel so many positive vibes. First of all, all the facilities were clean and safe to use, in case you travel with your family. The food was quite delicious and fresh, which was expected in Mexico, one of the best cuisines in the world. My room was quite spacious,I had everything I needed and the housekeeping was fantastic, they clean all the rooms daily. Their staff was very friendly, positive and outgoing, doing their best to make us feel like home.As a foreigner who speaks Spanish, I felt very happy to be there, knowing that I was truly welcomed. I would like to mention Jessica and Anaisai from Blue Agave restaurant, they were super friendly and their hospitality was unmatchable.Having them at your resort is a blessing! The waiters from that place were amazing too and also from Hadar (breakfast area) Unfortunately I don’t know their names, but their service was excellent and we were cracking jokes all the time. There is a white sand beach which belongs to the resort, such a nice place to take a swim.Unluckily right now is a seaweed season, but the hotel is trying everything it can to clean it up.
