Todo fue excelente: la ubicación, las instalaciones, la limpieza, la comodidad y cada detalle reflejan el compromiso que tienen con sus huéspedes. Lo que realmente hizo la diferencia fue la calidad humana de todo el personal. Siempre fueron amables, atentos, respetuosos y con una sonrisa que hacían cada día más agradable. Un reconocimiento muy especial para la joven de recepción que nos atendió. Aunque, lamentablemente, no recordamos su nombre, solo que es de Milano, jamás olvidaremos su calidez, su amabilidad y la forma tan profesional y cercana con la que nos recibió y nos ayudó durante nuestra estancia. Personas como ella hacen una gran diferencia y representan de la mejor manera la excelencia de este hotel.
