“Una experiencia de 10 de principio a fin. Nos alojamos en The Level y ha merecido totalmente la pena. La habitación era amplia, muy cómoda, estaba impecable y tenía unas vistas al mar espectaculares que hacían la estancia aún más especial. Lo que más nos ha sorprendido ha sido el trato del personal. Tanto el equipo de The Level como el de los restaurantes nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Siempre atentos, amables, profesionales y pendientes de que no nos faltara absolutamente nada. Se nota cuando un hotel cuida los pequeños detalles y pone al cliente en el centro. “Hay lugares que cumplen las expectativas y otros que consiguen superarlas por completo. Nuestra experiencia en ME Ibiza con el Day Pass pertenece, sin ninguna duda, al segundo grupo. Desde el instante en que cruzas la puerta percibes que la hospitalidad aquí no es un servicio, sino una filosofía. Todo el equipo nos recibió con una sonrisa sincera, una atención impecable y una cercanía que nos hizo sentir cuidados durante toda la estancia. Es de esos hoteles donde cada persona con la que te cruzas contribuye a que la experiencia sea memorable. Las instalaciones son absolutamente espectaculares. Cada rincón está diseñado con un gusto exquisito, combinando lujo, elegancia y una integración perfecta con el entorno. Las vistas al Mediterráneo son sencillamente impresionantes y convierten cualquier momento en un recuerdo inolvidable. El rooftop, con su piscina y su ambiente only adults, es un auténtico oasis de paz donde el tiempo parece detenerse. Aunque para familias con niños también tienen su lugar en la piscina principal junto con sus diferentes restaurantes para poder disfrutar todos juntos. ME Ibiza representa la cara más exclusiva y serena de la isla. Es la antítesis de la imagen que muchos asocian con Ibiza: aquí no hay prisas ni ruido, sino calma, desconexión y bienestar. Es el lugar perfecto para quienes desean disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajadas en un entorno privilegiado. Y, al mismo tiempo, ofrece la ventaja de encontrarse a apenas media hora de las zonas más animadas para quienes quieran combinar descanso y ocio. Un equilibrio difícil de conseguir y que este hotel logra a la perfección. La experiencia continuó en Origens, donde disfrutamos de una comida excepcional. La calidad del producto, el cuidado en cada elaboración y el servicio hicieron que la propuesta gastronómica estuviera completamente a la altura del hotel. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Paula, así como a Mirela y Jesús. Su profesionalidad, amabilidad y capacidad para anticiparse a las necesidades del cliente marcaron la diferencia. Son el mejor reflejo de lo que significa la excelencia en la hospitalidad y consiguieron que una jornada maravillosa se convirtiera en una experiencia verdaderamente inolvidable. Nos marchamos con la sensación de haber descubierto uno de esos lugares que dejan huella. ME Ibiza no solo ofrece unas instalaciones extraordinarias y una ubicación privilegiada, sino algo mucho más difícil de encontrar: un equipo humano que convierte una estancia en un recuerdo. Sin duda volveremos para poder vivir la experiencia de alojarse y lo recomendaremos a cualquiera que quiera descubrir la versión más elegante, relajante y auténtica de Ibiza.”
