Everything was just perfect: the room was beautiful and impeccably clean, the hotel was fantastic, and the location was ideal for exploring Palma and enjoying the best of the city. A huge thank you to Marga and Sofi for making our experience so memorable. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles really made a difference. They were always welcoming and helpful, making us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. It's people like them who turn a great hotel into an unforgettable experience! We also absolutely loved Cape Nao restaurant a truly superb dining experience that exceeded our expectations.
