“Högt och lågt vad gällande service. Ibland otroligt serviceminded(exempelvis receptionen var väldigt bra på att informera och hjälpa till vid eventuella frågetecken. Följt av ibland lite sämre service. Att det exempelvis inte byttes ut handdukar eller att vatten inte fylldes på. Duschtrycket på hotellet som förväntat(ganska dåligt). Väldigt sköna sängar(hårda). Maten var okej varierad på buffén där efterrätterna stack ut på ett positivt sätt. Serena - en av ala carte restaurangerna stack ut positivt. Personligen anser jag att deras the level system är onödigt komplicerat och lite otydligt vilket gjorde att det inte kändes prisvärt. Det inhemska sortimentet är mer än väl vad gällande alkoholsorter (det som täcks av ordinarie all inclusive). Deras gym kändes tyvärr nedgånget och behöver sig ett lyft - framförallt med tanke på hur populärt det var. Det finns katter på hotellet - som inte heller var helt utmärglade. Överlag en väldigt trevlig vistelse. Det är inte ett lyxhotell men hade inte heller den uppfattningen/förväntan innan.”See hotel
