The hotel is beautiful, with good service and cheerful, enthusiastic staff. I thoroughly enjoyed and relaxed here. Minh helped with our luggage and shared many famous dining spots with me and my family. I really liked the beef dish here.

I had an experience here and was quite satisfied with the service. The staff were friendly, especially Minh, the Bellman. My child had a knee bleeding incident, and Minh assisted by providing necessary first aid supplies and checking on us regularly. I will definitely come back next time.
