Excellent,! 33 floors of luxury ✨️ Lobby is beautiful, rooms are stunning, with of course amazing views across the city. The pool is also amazing at 8 floors up so you even have a great view from the pool. Zenith sky bar on level 33 is next level and for a hotel of this calibre cocktails are reasonably priced .. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, never have I seen such a beautiful and varied array of foods on offer, other hotels take note ...this is a real bench mark . We even received a courtesy call from guest services asking if there was anything else that we needed too make our stay any better.. I responded that our mini bar fridge didn't seem to be working, which I stated wasn't really an issue but merely an observation, but not even 5 mins later someone was at our door with a new bar fridge...that's right ,not just to check but full replacement straight away..!exceptional Tallest building in hue , so u even have that stunning view while on the toilet .. Wellness facilities were absolutely 💯 👌 Steam room and sauna was best I had experienced..Sarah was super accommodating even wen I turned up before opening hours .. If I could give 6 stars then I would ✨️ Even midnight room service was no issue and arrived promptly. This place really shines ..service , amenities, location and Staff all exceptional . This is a great example of how people can really make an experience amazing if the quality of what they are working with is flawless. .which it Is.! Keep it up vinpearl we will definitely return.

Một chuyến đi đáng nhớ và nhiều kỷ niệm. Mình rất cảm ơn các bạn đặt phòng, FO đã hỗ trợ cho mình được checkin sớm. Các bạn F&B cũng rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình và chu đáo. Phòng ốc cực kỳ sạch sẽ. Nếu có lần tới vào xứ Huế mộng mơ, mình nhất định sẽ tiếp tục lưu trú tại nơi đây.

Vị trí, dịch vụ phòng tất cả mọi thứ đều rất ok ngoại trừ thức ăn, thức ăn nhàm chán, có những món ăn phải gọi là tệ, không xứng đáng với nơi được gọi là Thành phố ẩm thực.

The Melia brand is a world class establishment. We are very satisfied with out stay. In out room the city of Hue is under our feet. We do not have to go out and still feel the rhythm of the city by watch those traffic flows. The sun rises never get tired. The best view is room number 1 like 2001 or 3001 book that and you’ll never be disappointed. The breakfast is awesome and the steakhouse is doing a good job. Highly recommended

Sin más, recibes lo que pagas pero sin ningún factor sorpresa que haga una estancia de 10. Al ser una compañía grande, le falta la calidez que se encuentra en los pequeños hoteles de todo Vietnam. Aquí simplemente eres un huésped más. Limpieza buena, aunque el techo de nuestra habitación tenía moho. Desayuno bueno, gran variedad para todos los gustos, aunque el supuesto aceite de oliva extra era rellenado de no sé que aceite.
