“This hotel is located in a quiet, nature-surrounded area in the northwest, away from downtown. It’s peaceful, family-friendly, and offers two large swimming pools plus a kids’ pool, all very clean. The rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Management is understanding, and the reception is always helpful. Complimentary bike rentals are available, though the quality is a 7/10. The restaurant serves excellent food (10/10), but adding another option would improve variety. The Wi-Fi is reliable (8/10). The nearby Turtle Village, just 10 minutes by car, offers shops, restaurants, and conveniences. The beach is beautiful for relaxation, but the sand has glass and stones, which should be cleaned regularly. The toilet near the pool needs improvement. The spa is outstanding, with professional therapists and an exceptional Thai massage. If you don’t mind long trips to downtown, this hotel is a great choice for a peaceful retreat.”

“Started my experience with this hotel. The receptionist took good care of me and took me to my room. The room was clean and spacious. There was a jacuzzi on the balcony. There was a fitness room and a swimming pool in the middle of the hotel. The restaurant had a variety of food. The staff at the restaurant provided excellent service throughout the morning. This is a hotel that I would like to stay again.”

“Sehr schön. Tolle Anlage, vor allem der Loona Pool perfekt und ruhig. Stylisch und preislich für Thailand oberster Bereich was die Verpflegung vor Ort betrifft. Sehr ruhige Lage, man muss gut zu Fuß sein, Fahrräder mieten oder eben Taxi (auch nicht günstig). Turtle Village in der Nähe, das Marriott und Anantara in der Nähe sind nice, auch gibt es ein paar authentische Thai-Restaurants am Strand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden insgesamt; leider konnten wir die Melia Rewards nicht zum bezahlen einsetzen, obwohl das auf dem Menü-Karten ausgewiesen ist, das war negativ. Ansonsten top!”

“It’s a luxurious case of what you got outweighing what was ordered! Found this resort online while we were shopping for a quiet resort where we could end the year in calm and quiet and this had been the best decision so far! If you are a beach lover, then this is the absolute resort you should be aiming for! The service here is top notch and it’s an all inclusive resort! A lot of in-house activities too- I thoroughly enjoyed my Thai Jasmine rice scrub class today handled by Tam at the Yhi Spa, she was totally excellent! I also recommend the HIIT workout session by the beach first thing in the morning it was a great way to start the day! Tranquility at its finest!”

The rooms are exquisite and romantic, the private pool just oozes luxury with privacy, the tub is romantically placed between the pool and shower. The beach is calm, soothing and very relaxing. “Without exaggerating, I can say that this hotel is the best I‘ve been to this far - coming from someone who has seen his fair share of Sofitels, Anantaras, Intercontinentals, etc. The hotel is modern, elegant, charming and although it‘s so new, it does not hesitate improving itself constantly to maintain this high standard (during our stay they modified the hotel without the smallest disturbance for guests). It looks great during daytime but at night it truely gets magically. Also the interior is well thought and includes great things like steam irons (almost anyone traveling knows how valuable these can be), mosquito sprays, beach bags and all those other things many other hotels don‘t even bother thinking about. But what really elevates this hotel to the next stage is its staff. Everyone, really everyone is very attentive and helpful and tries to fulfill any wish you have. Best wishes to the hotel team and anyone staying here!”

“Todo ha sido perfecto. El hotel es espectacular. Lo primero de todo destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal y en concreto por su atención desde que llegamos a Anna de GEX. En en la zona de restaurante a Fancy, por su trato y recomendaciones. El complejo es muy tranquilo para relajarte al 100%. Las villas son modernas y está cuidado hasta el último detalle. Son muy amplias y cómodas. Nuestra villa tenía piscina privada, 2 tumbonas y un sofá con un ventilador. Te proporcionan anti mosquitos y cualquier amenitie que se necesite. La comida es muy variada, una calidad muy alta y cantidades abundantes. El hotel dispone de dos piscinas y está en primera línea de una playa enorme donde nadar y pasear. En ubicación le doy también 5 estrellas porque lo escogí por estar retirado de todo el bullicio y estar en una zona tranquila. Superó mis expectativas, es una auténtica maravilla. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Phuket repetiré .”

“Durante il nostro tour della Thailandia abbiamo soggiornato in due alberghi della catena MELIA. Entrambi sono stati una fantastica esperienza ma, in particolare questo di Pukhet ci ha lasciato entusiasti. La posizione è ideale per chi vuole godere di un'esperienza di puro relax. Questo implica il voler fare lunghissime passeggiate sulla spiaggia di 9km, tutta di sabbia fine e morbida, bellissimi bagni a mare, oppure rilassanti ma altrettanto lunghe nuotate nelle due piscine dell'albergo. Per contro, il centro città è distante 40km, tuttavia ci ssono diversi modi per spostarsi con la macchina (tramite albergo o app). Anche le camere sono sorprendenti: enormi, comode, con finiture di pregio e tutti i comfort possibili. Forse un po' carenti come spazi contenitivi. Nel nostro caso avevamo la pensione completa, e al ristorante abbiamo provato quasi tutto (tranne la pizza... :)). Dal nostro punto di vista, colazione, pranzo e cena son stati buonissimi. Consigliati i piatti locali, quasi niente piccanti se non si aggiungono le salse portate a parte, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Infine una nota di merito allo staff: le camere erano sempre in perfetto ordine, al ristorante ci hanno viziato, e alla lobby sono stati molto disponibili, anche per risolvere alcuni piccoli problemi incontrati, subito risolti. Ringraziamo anche di averci dato l'ultimo giorno una stanza, per un'ora, per fare una doccia e spremere fino in fondo l'ultimo giorno di mare e bagni! Grazie in particolare a Som O, Kikii e Bill, che ci hanno sempre fornito ogni comfort dall'inizio della nostra permanenza. Speriamo di tornarci presto!”

“A wonderful oasis of tranquility on the southern coastline of Phuket. If you are looking for place to completely relax in a peaceful, environment this is it. The hotel and beautiful gardens are only a few minutes from the airport but you feel transported a million miles from the hustle and bustle of city life. The Andaman sea, with its immaculate beach is only footsteps away. The rooms are stylish, spacious, comfortable and look amazing. Everything you need is there. Ours had an outdoor bath (for 2) and a comfy day bed. The air con was good and a must for the heat of the night. The food was divine, we were full board and looked forward to every single meal. Great choices all round, no matter what your palate. Breakfast was a celebration of fresh fruit, fresh pasties, cooked breakfast, Thai food, smoothies....... Literally something for everyone! Lunch and dinner the choice was vast too, we were constantly drawn to the Local section of the menu.... Always very tasty often with a chilli kick! The bars were excellent very well stocked with good brands and choices. Free flowing cocktails and Singha beer galore! Both pool areas are great... The main pool area is stunning plenty of loungers and lovely day beds. Beautifully tiled pool. An army of gardeners constantly on patrol picking up the leaves as soon as they fell! Every area superbly and diligently maintained. Having said that the best thing about the hotel were the people! Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely wanted you to have a wonderful holiday. From the moment we arrived Lieyla and Tan reception and management. Sim, Tong, Sun, Fahcy, Kloy🍹, Jar, Art, Tor 🥃, Fat, Toni 🍺, SonO, Mr Pon 🍹 is a roll call of staff members that made our week at Melia very memorable and we cannot wait for our next visit.
