“The Melia Pattaya Hotel is amazing. It is a new hotel that opened in February 2025 and it has been finished to perfection. The decor is awesome, the facilities and rooms are great and all the staff are second to none. I would especially like to thank Lin, who went above and beyond to make sure that I was well looked after and comfortable.”

“Excellent service, facility is perfect for toddler. Everything is so good. I have booked the level and the service from k.Nutty k.Pom k.Zandy k.Nancy from the level club is magnificent. Food and beverage is superb.”

“Quite new hotel in Pattaya! Location was very convenient and can easily access to many places ;Central ;Terminal21. Hotel itself has everything you need during your stay like Chinese restaurant, Japanese restaurant, Beach club, gym, spa and pools both for adult and kids. Kids club is well-designed and looks fantasy for the children. Although all of above was very nice but somehow if you visit during a long public holiday it might be a bit crowded in some area of hotel. Once we arrived, we received a very warm welcome by K. Po, K. Pom and K. Zindy and we were escorted to the room by K. Nancy (thanks to K. Odie as well for making my pre arrival so smooth) I have a chance to try Yitong Restaurant (12th floor). Our best pick dish is 'Prawn with fried tofu sthg (I forgot the name sorry). Staff there were very friendly. A big thanks to Nan, Plaifah, and Night. Den Restaurant was also delicious. Don, oyster and sashimi was super fresh. A dessert there after meal is A MUST. Cheese cake is a must try. Thank you Kartoon for wonderful service. If you have time please visit YHI spa as well. I got a massage by Tui and her hand was like a magic. She knows a perfect weight to make your body so comfortable after. I haven't use the pool and pool bar as when I was there it was too crowded but I'll try on the next visit. And thank you to Deux, Toy, Vivi and the rest of the team that made my stay so flawless. ps. If you have Level benefits please make sure you use the private check-in and check-out to escape the crowd.”

“Setback off from the beach. We'll positioned for all Pattaya has to offer. Hotel still new in town. Strange rules over smoking but hopefully they'll adjust to thai culture over time. That said highly recommend. Staff care, and are attentive, and accommodating.”

“The new hotel is very beautiful. The reception service is impressive. It is clean and convenient. There is a shuttle service to the parking lot. The staff takes good care of us. The driver, Mr. Lin, helps us send our bags to the parking lot. Mr. Dave recommended Yi Thong Chinese restaurants and other restaurants for us and our friends to eat. We are very impressed with the customer service. We will definitely go back and use the service again.”

“Wir waren für drei Nächte zu Gast in diesem neuen Hotel. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Zugang zur Lounge The Level gebucht. Im gesamten Haus war das Personal sehr aufmerksam und stets um den Gast bemüht. Egal ob an der Poolbar, dem Frühstück oder einfach nur in der Lobby. Insbesondere hervorheben möchten wir das Team in der Lounge, Zindy, Pom und Odie. Die guten Tipps für Aktivitäten vom Team und auch die Margaritas von Zindy haben uns den Aufenthalt versüßt.”
