“Go to the spa! 10/10! We enjoyed the couple's milk bath and aroma massage. Both were incredible. Maiyo, my therapist was wonderful.”

“We had such a lovely stay at Meliá Chiang Mai. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a really warm, authentic feel. We were travelling with our baby daughter, and it turned out to be a perfect hotel for families with young kids. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. You could really feel the genuine hospitality throughout our stay. The location is fantastic and makes it very easy to explore Chiang Mai. We also loved spending time at the pool area, which is a great spot to relax. Breakfast was also truly amazing. There’s a fantastic variety and we really enjoyed the nice Spanish touches that reflect the Meliá heritage. And the highlight for us was definitely the stunning MIA rooftop, such a great vibe and amazing views over the city. A wonderful experience and a hotel we would happily return to. Special mention to Beam, Guitar, Nes, and Sophia, also the cleaning staff covering floor 8. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Nes at the breakfast restaurant smiley face and very welcoming. All the staff are wonderful and they remove the dirty dishes very promptly. Room is clean. Only thing is the bathroom door is too close to the front door. Every time you open the front door, it hit the bathroom door and make a big dent on the doors. Food is great , ingredients are fresh , bread and waffle are delicious, I like the dill dip with crackers, the expresso is good, can be a little stronger. The bellhops, gate securities are very polite and helpful with our laundry. Great hotel!!! Thank you for serving us and give great service. Want to add the soup noodle is very very good and Fern at that noodle station is very friendly”

“Geen woorden voor om uit te drukken hoe alle medewerkers van het inchecken tot de interieurverzorgers en van de ontbijtservice tot de Spa ons in de watten hebben gelegd bij ons tweede bezoek aan Melia Chiang Mai. Ook veel lof voor de heren die altijd met een glimlach de entree deur voor je openhouden. Wij voelden ons op ons gemak en weer thuis. Een aantal medewerkers willen wij extra in het zonnetje zetten: Toffee in de Level Lounge die speciaal voor ons een heerlijke verse gember thee met citroen en honing heeft gemaakt. Eén aanwinst voor team Melia!! Jullie moeten haar echt een baan binnen Melia aanbieden 🙏🏼☺️ En Julietta die dat ene extra beetje aandacht gaf. En er is nog een vrouwelijke collega bij het zwembad die extra aandacht gaf aan de verjaardag van mijn partner. Super attent!! Sorry .. we zijn haar naam kwijt :-( Nick van de SPA die op onze laatste avond toch haar best heeft gedaan dat we nog even gebruik mochten maken van de sauna en steamroom. Normaal moet je ruim 1 uur van te voren reserveren. De kamer was groot met een uitstekend werkende airco en goed bed. Wij vonden het dekbed te dik en er werd een dunner dekbed voor ons geregeld. Ook Filme en Ya die hun beste hebben gedaan om onze kamer voor de verjaardag mooi te versieren. Super!! En niet te vergeten veel dank aan Lalita die ons op alle vlakken heeft geholpen met de reservering van het hotel tot onze wens te maken, maar ook de vele restaurant en horeca tips!! Wat ben jij een mooi mens!! En natuurlijk de beveiliger die buiten al het verkeer tot in de puntjes rondom het hotel organiseren. Altijd gedag zeggen en met een vriendelijke glimlach en soldaat groet hahaha. Geweldig! ;-) Tot heel snel weer teamMelia Chiang Mai. Blijf zo doorgaan met deze service met een grote glimlach.”

“I had dinner at the TGIF Buffet, and there was a great variety of food to choose from. Everything was delicious and well prepared. We also received excellent service from Cataline, Helena, Thalia, Lucas and Noelia. They were incredibly attentive and took great care of us throughout the entire meal. Their warm and thoughtful service truly made our evening special, and I was very happy with the whole experience. Thank you so much for making our dinner so special!!!”
