Great place for business trips.

From the time that we arrived, we were treated very kindly. The front desk staff was so nice to my kid and even offered her a couple of fresh cookies from the kitchen. They made us feel special and like they enjoyed their jobs. The pool was nice and warm which was great because it was winter time. There are even fresh apples outside of the pool and gym area which was a nice surprise. I loved the room service option and the flexibility with meals being able to order from the bar when the restaurants were closed. You can never really go hungry no matter what time of day it is. They brought my kid a color book and bath kit which was nice. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was included. It was a great value and if we are in the area again we will definitely return. The only thing I would say that needs to be worked on is increasing the night staff. They only leave 1 person at the front desk to do everything. Our problem was resolved easily but we went downstairs in our pajamas which was a minor inconvenience because there was no help for her to answer the phone. Management you should get the night staff at least 1 additional staff member at in case there is a problem that someone needs to step away and go to the room to resolve or answer the front desk phone. This did not change my high opinion of the hotel, just a suggestion.
