“Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient, especially with its proximity to the mall, and the view from the hotel is lovely. The room is also very spacious. I’d also like to give a special mention to the Market restaurant manager who was working on 7 March whose service really stood out. He came over to check if everything was going well during breakfast, and we mentioned that I had been looking for Myanmar milk tea. He explained that it usually has to be ordered a day in advance, but said he would note it in our profile. To my surprise, about 10 minutes later a staff member brought a cup to our table; he had somehow managed to arrange it despite the earlier limitation. As someone who also works in the hotel industry and was visiting family while taking a short break, I really appreciated the effort and follow-up. His service was truly exemplary and made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely return again :)”
