“The grounds are absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous restaurants and bars throughout the resort. The staff was incredibly friendly, and every interaction we had was warm and welcoming. Paradisus does an excellent job with entertainment. Every restaurant and bar we visited had some form of live entertainment, and the DJ at Mixton and the DJ for Latin Night were both top-notch! Housekeeping also did a wonderful job. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they had a few special surprises waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. Thank you Anjani! My only complaint would be the organization of food and drink service. At times, we waited quite a while for our food or drinks, and we would sometimes have multiple servers approach us to take our order even after it had already been taken. We completely understand that their goal is to make sure everyone is being taken care of, but a little more organization and communication between the servers would make the experience even better. Other than that, we would 100% come back without a second thought! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at Paradisus.”
