JULY2024 We have just returned from a 16 night stay with my husband and son. We have been many times and the staff have seen my son grow up over the years and always make a fuss of him. The hotel is lovely and kept in immaculate condition inside and out. The hotel staff are hard working and can't do enough for you. A special mention to Miguel who worked in the restaurant and has just retired, such a lovely man and also the barman at the Blue Horizon, who went out of his way to make us feel welcome, his name is possibly Manuel? We will be returning hopefully October.

I stayed here in December 2023 with my husband and our baby and the hotel & staff were amazing. This review is about our upcoming trip in August. I realised that I booked our trip for dates where the indoor pool would not be open. It is an absolute must that we have use of the indoor pool for our baby and upon contacting the hotel, staff member Carlos Moralo contacted the technician department and was able to get the indoor pool to be opened two weeks earlier than planned. Big thanks to Carlos for sorting this out for us and so quickly too! It’s massively appreciated and just goes to show how great the customer service is at this hotel. The staff really go out of their way to make sure the guests have everything they need. We can’t wait to return for our trip in a few weeks! Thanks again Carlos! :-)

Fantastic, no idea how they run this so well as its so big and one of 3 hotels but the staff from every department work super hard and it shows, absolutely five star 🌟

Es el segundo año que pasamos una semana allí en julio. El hotel en general es excelente, ubicación a pie de playa, varias piscinas con distintos ambientes, el buffet muy variado y con productos frescos y de calidad y las habitaciones suficientes para el tiempo que pasamos nosotros en el hotel. Aunque este año se ha notado que la limpieza en habitación era algo más escasa.

We were happy to choose this hotel as all was perfect - service , people, food , amenities , the quality of drinks . It is a good price value . Happy to recommend .
